I’ve had the fortune to work for a collection of 9 fantastic coaches. It’s not about copying a coach. It’s thinking about what makes him great. Sometimes as coaches we feel like we have to manufacture every basket. • Coach was so competitive and so smart • My biggest takeaway was actually that there was more than one way to skin a cat.
