Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games (OGQ)

The Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games is a not-for-profit which is committed towards bridging the gap between the best athletes in India and those across the world. Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ) is a programme set up in 2001, to provide world-class training facilities to athletes preparing for Olympics. OGQ currently supports the training of 196 senior and junior athletes and works to promote sports as a way of life. EdelGive supports the training of women athletes supported by OGQ. • In the last 2 Olympic Games at London 2012 and Rio 2016, India won a total of 8 medals. • The training of 5 out of those 8 medal winners was supported by OGQ. • A total of 19 medals including 11 Gold medals won by the OGQ supported athletes at 2018 Commonwealth Games.

To date, EdelGive has directly contributed to the training and support for Mary Kom, P.V. Sindhu, Pooja Ghatkar, Ayonika Paul, Madhu Vedwan, T. Thotyala, Divya Kakaran, Rahi Sarnobat and Sonia Lather.
