Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games (OGQ) The Foundation for Promotion of Sports and Games is a not-for-profit which is committed towards bridging the gap between the best athletes in India and those across the world. Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ) is a programme set up in 2001, to provide world-class training facilities to athletes preparing for Olympics. OGQ currently supports the training of 196 senior and junior athletes and works to promote sports as a way of life. EdelGive supports the training of women athletes supported by OGQ. • In the last 2 Olympic Games at London 2012 and Rio 2016, India won a total of 8 medals. • The training of 5 out of those 8 medal winners was supported by OGQ. • A total of 19 medals including 11 Gold medals won by the OGQ supported athletes at 2018 Commonwealth Games.
