PARISH SOCIAL MINISTRY THANK YOU

On Tuesday, April 10, 2018 parishioner Neil McGoldrick and I were invited to a luncheon with the food pantry volunteers, staff and pastor at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary parish in Roosevelt. It was their way of thanking all of you for your generosity and concern which you demonstrate through your ongoing support of our monthly parish food drives. More than one person at the luncheon commented that it seems to be that Neil and his truckload of donations always arrive when the shelves are almost bare and many items are not on hand.

The heartfelt connection between the Queen and St. Joseph’s is remarkable. We want to help and our assistance enables the Queen to serve those in need. Please know that your loving concern is deeply appreciated by all. I am humbled to play a small part in this wonderful example of Christian discipleship.

Thank you. Anna Sirianni, Director, Parish Social Ministry
