The INRA center of Angers is located at approximately 5 km west of the train station of Angers, in Beaucouzé. If you travel by plane: There are two international airports in Angers Area (Nantes, 103 km from Angers and Tours, 73 km from Angers). However the easiest way is to fly through Paris airports and then take the fast train (TGV) either directly from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport or from Paris Montparnasse (downtown). It takes around 2 hours and a half with direct trains. From Paris CDG Airport (Roissy Charles de Gaulle) to Angers The TGV time schedule from the Paris CDG airport and from Paris Montparnasse to Angers can be found at: http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/ The TGV train station (long distance fast train) and the RER B (train to Paris) are both located between the 2D/2F and 2C/2D halls (http://easycdg.com/ground- transportation/train-station-terminal2/) EURISCO training Workshop, 12-14th October 2016, Angers, France 2 EURISCO training workshop If you take the train from Paris Montparnasse, you can reach Montparnasse station by different means. It takes between 1h00 and 1h30. o Take the RER B and get off at “Denfert-Rocheraud” Station then tranfert to the métro line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile. o Take the Bus Direct/Cars AirFrance ligne 4 (http://easycdg.com/ground- transportation/le-bus-direct-cdg-airport-paris/). Follow the signs “Bus” to find the nearest station. From Paris Orly airport to Gare Montparnasse and to Angers train station http://www.parisaeroport.fr/en/passengers/access/paris-orly/public-transport By train: Take the Orly Val to “Antony” . Transfert to RER B (towards “Aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle” or “Mitry Claye”) and get off at “Denfert-Rocheraud” RER station. Tranfert to the métro line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile.
