In conjunction with the Pennswood Village Foundation, we are celebrating the Spirit of Generosity at Pennswood. During this Birthday Night we will take time to recognize the generous spirit which is embodied in the Pennswood Community. Please join your fellow residents at 4:15 p.m in the Penn Hall Lounge to enjoy assorted wines & sparkling wines, beer and a selection of hors d’oevres as Kurt Martin entertains us on the piano. Begin your meal with Pennswood’s signature New England Clam Chowder or Chef’s special Vegetable Consommé. The salad selections for the evening are Heirloom Tomato Salad with Crispy Farro atop Red Leaf Lettuce, dressed with Apple Cider Vinaigrette or a traditional tossed garden salad with your choice of dressing. Your entrée selections for the evening are Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast Veloute with Cornbread-Cranberry Walnut Stuffing; Fresh Salmon with a Lump Crab Imperial Crust (GF); Twin Tournedos of Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Merlot Glace (GF); or the vegetarian option, Shredded Carrot-Ginger Pancake with Asian Dipping Sauce.
