Introduction: Gnome Concept Packages I is a collection of three complete character concepts: sticker, rocktender, and toy maker. Inside, you’ll find new backgrounds, feats, spells, magical items, equipment, and more. Each is tailored toward realizing its underlying concept but can be used by any character of any class and any race.
