Andrey Vavilov supports the New Economic School (NES) NES receives funding in the amount of 30 million rubles

Moscow, July 4, 2013. The New Economic School (NES) announces that Andrey Vavilov, Academic Director of the Institute for Financial Studies and Founder of the Human Capital Foundation, supports the School’s education and research programs contributing 30 million rubles to its budget.

The New Economic School is prepared for the upcoming academic year: the new academic program is compiled, three more faculty members are hired at the international job market, the admissions campaign to HSE-NES Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Master of Arts in Economics, and Masters in Finance programs is in a full swing.

Andrey Vavilov is Academic Director of the Institute for Financial Studies and Founder of the Human Capital Foundation.

Institute for Financial Studies (www.ifs.ru) was founded by Andrey Vavilov and his colleagues in 1996 as an independent research center. Shortly after the start, the IFS grew into one of Russia`s leading think-tanks engaged in extensive studies of macroeconomics, budgeting, monetary policy, etc. for corporate clients and the Russian Government including the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank and Federal Financial Markets Service.
