Co. for any errors or omissions. Walk Details This spectacular walk, which is a section of Bealach na Gaeltachta Waymarked Way, can begin/end in either Doochary or Fintown. It takes you through some of Donegal's finest woodland walking and a modest climb just north of Fintown gives spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. Distance: Approximately 9 kms Time: 3 hours Terrain: Quiet roads, bog road/rough track, open bog. Grading: Difficult - Whilst the walking is generally only moderate, the route passes through some remote country side and there is some off-track walking over the hills to the north of Fintown. Getting There Doochary - Fintown Walk If starting from Doochary, head towards Fintown on the R252 for approxi- mately 1.3 kms where there is a small lay bye for parking. the start of the walk can be found by following the small road to the left at the top of the Car Park area. If starting from Fintown, look for the signs for Slí na Finne and follow these initially in the direction of Ballybofey for approximately 1.8 kms where you will find a branch to the right from the main route towards Slí na Rosann.
