555 TENTH AVENUE (the “Project”) is a 52-story residential rental tower located in the rapidly developing Hudson Yards neighborhood of Manhattan. Hudson Yards is one of New York’s most active markets for new residential and commercial development. The Project is adjacent to the Midtown Central Business District and Times Square (5 minute walk) and is walking distance to multiple modes of public transportation, including the Port Authority Bus Terminal and new Number 7 subway line extension, scheduled to open in mid-2014.
