Sweet and Light RISE 1 oz. rich simple syrup 7 oz. RISE Nitro Cold Brew 1 oz. dairy or alternative milk Build in given order in a tall glass over ice. Adjust milk and sugar to taste.

RISEspresso Martini 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One vodka 2 oz. RISE Nitro Cold Brew 1/2 oz. rich simple syrup Shake and strain vodka and simple syrup up into cocktail glass. Pour RISE directly into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel or coffee beans.
