Have you ever gone into a McDonalds or Donut Bank early in the morning on a weekday? It is refreshing to see a table full of men (usually re- tired) sitting around and “shooting the breeze.” We invite all our men to join the Heritage Men’s Group that meets twice each month—March 6th and 20th at 3:30 PM. Come share ideas about interests you have, make new friends, or reunite with those you haven’t seen in a while.

Clabber is a a member of the Jack- Nine family of card games that are popular in Europe. The game is a four player variation of Klaberiass, which was brought to the area by 19th-century German immigrants. The game differs form in that you are not awarded the number of tricks you take, but the actual point value of cards in those tricks. Additional points can also be scored for a combination in your hand.
