Inside ELMEKON MILESTONES Irwan Sutisna Mursalim (Lim Soey Goan) and Christina Tandiah (Chen She Siang), founded the Company on 5 May 2000 in Jakarta. Job Opportunities 2000s: The Company was called Toko PHILIPS and operated as a reseller and trader of lighting & electricals. 2006s: The Company changed name to ELMEKON, PT. Products by Industry and established contractual agreements with wellknown media operators FIRST MEDIA, PT., Tbk., ASTRO Indonesia (Direct Vision, PT.), Media Nusantara Citra, PT., (INDOVISION), TELEMEDIA NUSANTARA, PT. (TELKOMVision) as well as YES TV, Mechanical & Electrical PT. 2007s: Expansion of electrical & installation capabilities. During this time, ELMEKON, PT. established project offices and expanded its distribution network. The majority of VSAT Profile antennas range from 75 cm to 1.2 m. Data rates typically range from 56 Kbit/s up to 4 Mbit/s. VSATs access satellites in geosynchronous orbit to relay data from small remote earth S.H.E. stations (terminals) to other terminals (in m e s h configurations) or master earth station "hubs" (in star configurations).
