Reasons for trying iJal water EXHIBIT 10 27% of the users tried iJal because it was clean and clear. EXHIBIT 11 Spontaneous Awareness about Water Sources 9% of the respondents could recall iJal as a source of water in the first instance. 75% of the respondents recalled tap at home as the water source spontaneously. EXHIBIT 12 95% of the respondents thought tap at home is the easiest in terms of access. 82% of the respondents also thought that iJal water is easy in terms of access. Ease of Access and Collection of Water EXHIBIT 13 83% of the respondents are satisfied with iJal. 81% of R1, 85% of the R2 and 82% of the R3 and R4 respectively are satisfied with iJal. Satisfaction with Different touch points of iJal by SEC Repetition in Usage of iJal EXHIBIT 14 56% of the households continued using iJal. 59% of the R1; 58% of the R2, 55% of R3 and 53% of R4 households use iJal repetitively. EXHIBIT 15 42 respondents reported collecting iJal twice a day, 37 collects once a day, 21 collects every alternate day. EXHIBIT 16 84% of the users intent to continue the usage. 90% of the users intend to recommend iJal to others. Perceptions of iJal on Functional Parameters EXHIBIT 17 85% of the users were satisfied with iJal because of it satisfying the health and quality parameters. EXHIBIT 18 iJal Quality in Comparison to other Sources 83% of the consumers felt that iJal satisfies the quality and health parameters. It is convenient and has value for money. TABLE 6 95 out of 286 people interviewed used iJal for drinking purposes. TABLE 7 76 % men collect water from iJal stations as compared to 43% men from community taps, 25% from hand pumps and 5% from others sources. TABLE 8 73% of the users realized clean and safe water is important for good health. 72% realized that it is worth travelling longer distance for safe water. TABLE 9 75% of the consumers acknowledge children miss fewer school days with iJal water. 55% of the consumers have reduced their expenses on health after iJal consumption. SOCIAL METRICS EXHIBIT 19 Total adoption of iJal in the 25 villages is 23,482. Total adoption of iJal (Social) SWN focuses on reaching services to the most backward and impoverishes members of EXHIBIT 20 the society unexclusively and equitably.
