Although no records of this division dated later than 1943/06/5U were available in the National Archives, the Order of Battle of the German Army (Washington, Mar 1945) states that the division was engaged in the southern sector of the eastern front during the Soviet summer offensive, until Jul 1944, and the Potsdam catalog gives the division's disbandment on 13 Aug 1944.
