We Are As Strong As You Make Us STUDENT CATALOG We are as strong as you make us STUDENT CATALOG January 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018 This catalog is current as of the time of publication and effective from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 unless superseded. From time to time, it may be necessary or desirable for Stanbridge University to make changes to this catalog due to the requirements and standards of the school’s accrediting body, other governmental agencies, or the U.S. Department of Education, or due to market conditions, employer needs or other reasons. The catalog shall be updated and issued at least annually in accordance with the requirements of state regulations. Our organization officially changed its name from Executive 2000, Inc. to Stanbridge College in August of 2004, then to Stanbridge University in January of 2017. We have operated from our present location since September 1997. Our curriculum began in 1996 with certificate programs in Information Technology and has since expanded to include programs in Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physical Therapist Assistant as well as associate and baccalaureate degrees in Information Technology and Nursing and master’s degrees in Nursing and Occupational Therapy. This report is intended to help determine whether there is demand in the local labor market that is not being met by the supply from community college programs that align with the relevant occupations. Based on the available data, there appears to be a supply gap for occupations related to cloud computing in the region. For the purposes of regional pre-approval, the supply gap is large enough that if each college were to create a cloud computing program or expand on their existing program, a supply gap would still exist due to the high demand for these computing occupations. Furthermore, all of the annual openings for the occupations in this report have typical entry-level wages that exceed the living wage in Los Angeles County.
