Mapping of Regional Inequality in East Java Province
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC & TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH VOLUME 8, ISSUE 03, MARCH 2019 ISSN 2277-8616 Mapping Of Regional Inequality In East Java Province Duwi Yunitasari, Jejeet Zakaria Firmansayah Abstract: The research objective was to map the inequality between regions in 5 (five) Regional Coordination Areas (Bakorwil) of East Java Province. The research data uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and related institutions in each region of the Regional Office in East Java Province. The analysis used in this study is the Klassen Typology using time series data for 2010-2016. The results of the analysis show that: a. based on Typology Klassen Bakorwil I from ten districts / cities there are eight districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas; b. based on the typology of Klassen Bakorwil II from eight districts / cities there are four districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas; c. based on the typology of Klassen Bakorwil III from nine districts / cities there are three districts / cities that are in relatively lagging regions; d. based on the Typology of Klassen Bakorwil IV from 4 districts / cities there are three districts / cities that are in relatively lagging regions; and e. based on the Typology of Klassen Bakorwil V from seven districts / cities there are five districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas. Therefore a new paradigm of disaster management is needed to overcome these problems. East Java Province, as one of the disaster-prone areas (± 35 District / City, BPBD 2009), with a vast expanse of nature and a relatively dense population, should not bet again on dealing with natural disaster problems. There are no other alternatives for The Regional Government of East Java, in addition to formulating a comprehensive, integrative and community-based natural disaster management policy and optimizing the role of the bureaucracy related to handling natural disasters. The research objective was to find guidelines or models for disaster management policies in East Java Province, especially in providing basic or minimal services in disaster-prone areas. Whereas long as the role of local government bureaucracy has not been optimally related to service in an integrative community-based manner. The nature of the research is qualitative descriptive with a grounded theory approach from Bysan. Data collection through in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, documentation for almost eight months in Jember District and Malang Regency as a representation of disaster-prone areas in East Java Province. -

This study aims to determine how the cases of divorce problems in the Probolinggo community, especially in the village of Clarak Leces District. What are the factors and impacts of divorce in the Probolinggo community, Clarak Village, Leces District, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative description research method with data collection, interviews, documentation and in a secondary way, which are literature review through books, journals, reports and internet sites related to the research topic as well as important documents, and primarily, are collecting information, either from the community involved in a divorce in Clarak Village or in KUA and others, or from parties and direct opinions from the local community. The results of this study conclude that the Divorce Phenomenon in Clarak Village Community is still considered high, it means that the problem of divorce, has not been resolved optimally, almost every year there are still those who divorce. Divorce problems in Leces, Probolinggo. are caused by several things, among others; Disharmony at home, moral and moral crisis, adultery, strife, infidelity, boredom, early-age marriage and marriage without love. Divorce does not mean that it only involves both partners who are in trouble but their families also feel that they are in trouble, many of the divorced couples do not think about their respective families or do not pay attention to how and what is happening, especially to their children, when the divorce process will occur or has happened, this divorce is usually preceded by these various conflicts. -

Pembimbing II : Brina Miftahurrohmah, S.Si., M.Si. ABSTRAK Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan keindahan alam dan beraneka ragam budaya. Dengan kekayaan keindahan alam yang dimiliki negara Indonesia, negara ini memiliki banyak objek wisata yang indah. Salah satu kabupaten di Indonesian yang memiliki potensi wisata adalah kabupaten Gresik. Kabupaten tersebut mempunyai wisata alam maupun buatan yang sudah dikenal oleh wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan Mancanegara. Pantai Dalegan merupakan pantai yang popular di Kabupaten Gresik. Setiap tahun ada rencana pengembangan dan perbaikan tempat wisata untuk meningkatkan pengunjung wisata Pantai Dalegan. Untuk mendukung rencana tersebut, pengambilan keputusan perlu dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis jumlah pengunjung untuk tahun yang akan datang sehingga pengembangan dan perbaikan tempat wisata yang akan dilakukan tepat sasaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Data yang digunakan yaitu jumlah pengunjung wisata Pantai Dalegan dari tahun 2011 sampai 2018. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa analisis deret waktu jumlah pengunjung wisata Pantai Dalegan memiliki model ARIMA(3,1,[11]). Dengan model ARIMA(3,1,[11]) mendapatkan hasil jumlah pengunjung tahun 2019 mengalami kenaikan jumlah pengunjung dari pada jumlah pengunjung tahun 2018. Kenaikan jumlah pengunjung pada tahun 2019 harus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan untuk tetap menjadikan wisata Pantai Dalegan menjadi tempat wisata favorit di Jawa Timur khususnya di Kabupaten Gresik. Abstrak Penelitian ini mempunyai beberapa tujuan mengetahui potensi masing-masing kabupaten yang mendukung aktivitas perdagangan diwilayah Jawa Timur. Ingin mengetahui tingkat interaksi antarwilayah di Jawa Timur dengan Surabaya, serta pola interaksi perdagangan terkait dengan potensi produksi komoditi sector pertanian pada wilayah Kabupaten di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi produksi untuk komoditi padi/beras Potensi masing-masing komoditi pertanian terutama tanaman pangan di Jawa Timur seperti padi terspesialisasi pada wilayah Jawa Timur bagian timur dan utara. Sedangkan untuk tanaman pangan jagung tersebar merata pada beberapa Kabupaten dengan sentra produksi di Sumenep, Kediri, Tuban, Jember dan Malang. Untuk potensi produksi daging berlokasi disekitar Surabaya, seperti Mojokerto, Sidoarjo dan Nganjuk. Potensi produksi susu terkonsentrasi pada lokasi wilayah dataran tinggi wilayah Kabupaten Malang, Pasuruan dan kota Batu. Sedangkan potensi produksi telur terkonsentrasi di wilayah Blitar, Kota Blitar dan Magetan. However, the society knowledge obout toxic plant has never been revealed. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to documenting the toxic plants in Ngadiwono village according to society knowledge and scientific study on its toxic content. This study was conducted in Ngadiwono Village, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The informants were chosen by using snowball method (n=14). Interview was conducted using semi-structural method. The collected data was analysed to obtain ICS value (Index Cultural Significance) and UVs (Use Value). The identification of toxic compound was based on previous study. The study result identified 8 plants that considered to be toxic by local society: bedor (Girardinia palmata Blume.), yellow kecubung (Brugmansia suaveolens Bercht. & J.Presl), white kecubung (Brugmansia suaveolens Bercht. & J.Presl ), jarak (Ricinus communis L.), yellow terpasan (Cestrum elegans (Brongn.) Schltdl), red terpasan (Cestrum elegans (Brongn.) Schltdl), kudisan (Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd.), and ciplukan (Physalis peruviana L.). The highest ICS value was found in jarak (Ricinus communis). Meanwhile, the lowest ICS value was found in yellow and red terpasan (Cestrum elegans) due to its minimum use by local society. The highest UVs was found in kudisan. -

Food crop agriculture is the main source for people in Lamongan Regency. As a large community working in this primary sector and doing business in it. Land area, labor, and rainfall are the main capital of this sector, can be done by looking at changes in food crop agricultural productivity in Lamongan Regency. This study looks at the large level of technical efficiency using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) using the DEA Max sofeware requiring oriented output in 2010-2017. The estimation results of Lamongan Regency efficiency occurred in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016, while in 2011, 2013 and 2017 there was inefficiency. One of the agricultural areas that has become a rice barn in Indonesia is East Java province. Lamongan Regency is one of the 29 Regencies in East Java Province where most of its territory is dominated by agricultural land and the majority of its population are farmers. The agricultural area of Lamongan Regency is not only planted with rice, corn and others as superior crops, but there are planted crops that are needed throughout the year, especially food crops. Food crop agriculture is the main production requirement of the people of Lamongan Regency as a result of productivity. -

This study aims to determine the planning and development strategy of fishery product processing business based on pesantren at Situbondo Regency. The method used in determining the strategy is SWOT and QSPM methods. The results showed that alternative strategies based on the priority scale included (1) improving the quality of pesantren human resources, (2) improving the system and management of pesantren organization, (3) managing the market potential of pesantren, (4) developing the system of fishery product processing business is professionally, (5) developing the fishery processed products is superior based on pesantren, (6) strengthing the character and adaptability of pesantren, (7) improving the institutional performance of pesantren, (8) Building the cooperation access, (9) developing the system of sustainable fishery product processing business. PENGANTAR Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Puji syukur kita panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa atas petunjuk dan bimbingannya, sehingga dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab menyusun Informasi Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (ILPPD) Kabupaten Malang Tahun 2018 dapat terselesaikan dengan baik.
