However, if within 21 days of the date of this notice I have not received either your observations or a written indication that you wish to make observations, I shall assume that you do not have any and the application will be determined accordingly. Any observations that you do make will be fully considered and will subsequently be available for public inspection on the Council’s website. You can also comment on line. Once the Planning Authority has reached its decision, only the applicant has a right of appeal against it. It is therefore important that if you consider you are adversely affected by this proposal you should send your comments to me, in writing, before the application is considered.
