Students with Families York Community Guide 1 Welcome! Studying for a degree will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. You will gain knowledge, friendships and eventually, a new career. As a student with a family you will be warmly welcomed into the community. This guide is here to offer you lots of useful and practical information about living in York. It provides advice on healthcare and finance, things to do in York with your children, choosing accommodation and helpful tips about everyday life.
