AVIT290 1-1-1 UASCapstoneProject Prerequisite:AVIT140 Providesstudentswithanopportunitytoutilizeasmall-unmannedaircraftsystemforthecollection,analysis,andpostprocessingof dataintoinformation.Studentsmayproposeaprojecttobecompletedduringthesemesterorchoosefromoneofthecollege’songoing projects.Projectsmayfocusongeospatialdatacollection,orthorectifiedmapping,radiometricanalysis,agriculturaldataanalysis, structuralinspections,volumetricmeasurement,oraerialvideography/photography.Studentswilldevelopaprojectproposal,image acquisitionplan,flightplan,andapresentation.Studentsarerequiredtomeetintheclassroomandinthefieldwiththeinstructor.
