    Makers of League of Legends, Halo Video Games Create Designs for Limbitless Solutions’ Arms Future recipients of 3D-printed prosthetic arms from UCF’s Limbitless Solutions will have new designs to choose from beginning in 2019, thanks to the makers of video games League of Legends and Halo. Riot Games, maker of League of Legends, and 343 Industries, maker of Halo and owned by Microsoft Studios, collaborated with Limbitless Solutions to create seven new prosthetic-arm designs inspired by their games. League of Legends is an online game that pits two teams of characters with unique designs, playstyles and capabilities against each other on various battlefields, and Halo is a first-person shooter game that centers on an interstellar war between humanity and aliens. Designs from League of Legends include five inspired by their Odyssey Jinx, Star Guardian, Shurima, Illaoi and Maokai characters and worlds, and two from Halo, inspired by different armor suits of Master Chief. The designs are in the form of interchangeable sleeves that attach to the prosthetic device via magnets to allow the children to swap out for different designs as they please. “It is so exciting to be able to add these new designs to the catalog for children to customize their arms,” said Albert Manero, CEO and co-founder of Limbitless Solutions. “It will unlock new expression and confidence for children, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with these companies’ design teams.” The collaboration with Riot spawned from an employee’s desire to support Limbitless and UCF, his alma mater.

Cassidy, Hofstra University, with special thanks to Diana Kormos Buchwald, Einstein Papers Project he Albert Einstein Archives at the Hebrew University of T Jerusalem recently opened a large collection of Einstein’s personal correspondence from the period 1912 until his death in 1955. The collection consists of nearly 1,400 items. Among them are about 300 letters and cards written by Einstein, pri- marily to his second wife Elsa Einstein, and some 130 letters Einstein received from his closest family members. The col- lection had been in the possession of Einstein’s step-daughter, Margot Einstein, who deposited it with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with the stipulation that it remain closed for twen- ty years following her death, which occurred on July 8, 1986. The Archives released the materials to public viewing on July 10, 2006. On the same day Princeton University Press released volume 10 of The Collected Papers of Albert Einstein, con- taining 148 items from the collection through December 1920, along with other newly available correspondence. Later items will appear in future volumes. “These letters”, write the Ein- stein editors, “provide the reader with substantial new source material for the study of Einstein’s personal life and the rela- tionships with his closest family members and friends.” H. Our globally asynchronous multi-level parallel training approach strong scales to all of Sierra with up to 97.7% efficiency. We trained a novel, character-based Wasserstein autoencoder that produces a higher quality model trained on 1.613 billion compounds in 23 minutes while the previous state-of-the-art takes a day on 1 million compounds.
