4.1 Delegated acts under scrutiny
One delegated act is currently under scrutiny:
Commission Delegated Regulation of 28.7.2015 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the EMFF, as regards the criteria for establishing the level of financial correction and for applying flat rate financial corrections, and amending Regulation (EC) No 665/2008.
This delegated act, although dating from 28 July 2015, was not received by the European Parliament until 21 August 2015 (following the agreement on the period of summer recess). Thus, the Parliament has until 21 October 2015 to object to it, if it wishes.
Decision: The Coordinators decided that no action be taken.
4.2 Implementing acts under preparation
The list of the implementing acts under preparation has been circulated.
Decision: Coordinators took note of the information.
5. Committee missions
5.1. Mission to Reunion Island (1-5 November 2015) (Annex I) and (Annex II)
Decision: The draft programme of the mission (Annex I) and the list of participants (Annex II - revised version distributed at the meeting) were approved.
5.2. Mission to ICCAT - Malta (12-14 November 2015) (Annex III)
Decision: The list of participants (AnnexI II) was approved.
6. Any other business
6.1. Request from the ECR Group to get additional points
A Member of the Committee on Fisheries joined the ECR Group in July 2015. The ECR Group requests the allocation of 3 additional points.
Decision: By vote, the Coordinators decided by majority that the ECR group is allocated 3 additional points without any modification of the points of the other groups (in favour EPP, ALDE, ECR and EFDD, against S&D, GUE and GREENS/EFA).

6.2. Petition No 705/2014 by Dimitrios Delimaras (Greek), on challenges faced by small- scale fishermen (Annex IV)
The petitioner, who owns a small fishing boat, objects to the fisheries ban imposed by the EU on numerous species of fish, as a result of which small-scale fishermen are finding it hard to survive, as they are only able to fish on certain days of the month, depending on weather conditions, and are only able to catch certain types of fish, which are now banned. He complains that fishermen using large trawlers, which also cause considerable damage to the seabed, are not affected. He requests this policy be revised.
Decision: The Chair will send a letter to the PETI committee mentioning that no action will be taken on this petition.
6.3. Calendar 2016 (Annex V)
Decision: Coordinators decided to add a meeting on Thursday 28 January 2016 in the morning. The Calendar 2016 was approved with this change.
6.4. Committee missions 2016 (Annex VI)

Decision: The Coordinators decided to change the following dates:
