Finicky Missouri weather won’t let spring arrive too early

Much of northwest Missouri - Experienced snowfall on the official last day of winter. Residents are hoping that the snow on Saturday, March 19, was the last snow of the season. The pictures above show a one hour difference between a wintry mix of snow and sleet and a bright sunny day, which Missouri is notorious for. By Sunday morning, March 20, the first official day of spring, residents in the northern part of Holt County had to scrape the snow off of their windshields. These pictures were taken in Craig, MO.
