Cotswold Way Relay Stage 9 Old Sodbury to Cold Ashton

1. Down Chapel Lane 300m to the gate in the hedge on the Left.

Run diagonally up the field ahead, then cross 3 more fields

2. Run down Catchpole Lane to find the farm gate on the Left

3. Across the field and up the steep rise. The keep the field edge on your left

5. Approaching Tormarton cross over 2 lanes. At the 3rd, turn Left, 4. Cross the footbridge, then run then Right into the field up to the top field corner and cross the busy road with care

6. Turn Right onto Church Road, Left at the T onto High St and follow the road 7. Once over the motorway, out of the village turn Right on the long tarmac drive

11. Find the path on the Left through the wood strip then run along the field edge

12. Don’t miss the sign for the Left turn here 8. Run just past the farm house, then turn Left uphill, through the garden and over the wall!

10. At the busy A46, turn briefly Left for the water station and make 9. When you can go ahead MANDATORY use of the no more, turn Right! 13. Cross over the road, traffic island. then turn Right into the field at the road’s Left corner

14. Follow the track down and round into Dyrham

15.In Dyrham, turn Left on the road, follow this to the T, turn uphill to the Left 16. You MUST find the waymark to the Right to climb up into the field. Run through 4 fields

17. Run across the field downhill to find the path through the tree line

18. Near the top corner of the field climb steeply up into the woods

19. At the lane cross straight over, then run along the inside of the hedge to the gate. Turn Right

20. Take great care crossing the road at Pennsylvania. The 21. Turn Left along the road stiles just to the Right on the for 75m, cross, then Right, other side along the drive

22. Through the Church, Right on the road and get to the Finish!
