Senior Bryce Meredith earned his fifth win over a ranked opponent this season and is fourth at 141 pounds in the FloWrestling, InterMat, The Open Mat and Trackwrestling rankings. Senior Archie Colgan is 16th in The Open Mat rankings at 157 pounds and 17th in both the FloWrestling and InterMat individual rankings. Junior Branson Ashworth remained at 15th in both the 2017-18 Big 12 FloWrestling and InterMat rankings, and is also 16th in Trackwrestling’s rankings. With an upset win over No. 20 Ian Parker last weekend, redshirt freshman Montorie Bridges is School Conference Overall now 20th in the FloWrestling and The Open Mat’s 133 pound rankings. Bryce Meredith (141 pounds), Branson #21 Oklahoma 0-0 1-2 Ashworth (165 pounds) and Drew Templeman (125 pounds) each took runner-up honor #3 Oklahoma State 1-0 3-0 in Reno last season. #17 South Dakota St. 0-0 4-2 Utah Valley 1-0 4-2 In 2015, Wyoming took fourth as a team. The Cowboys had four individuals, including West Virginia 0-1 1-2 Meredith, who won a titles at the tournament. It was also the most individual champions Wyoming 1-0 1-1 at the RTOC for UW under Branch. *Rankings based off USA Today/NWCA Division I Coaches Poll. Closing in on 100 Senior Archie Colgan currently has 92 career wins while wearing the Brown and Gold. Colgan is also one win away from tying for 20th all-time at UW. With 100 wins, he would join 18 other Cowboys with at least 100 wins. In Cheyenne v. Oklahoma State After the Reno Tournament of Champions, UW will host Oklahoma State at Storey Gym in Cheyenne on Dec. 19.
