2. Declaration of Interest To declare a personal or personal and prejudicial interest in any items on the agenda.

3. Urgent Matters To consider any matters of urgency pursuant to Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

4. Public Participation To consider applications from the public to address the Council in respect of any item of business included on the agenda.

5. County Councillor Report To receive a report from County Councillor K Eeles on local issues.

6. Chairman’s Report To receive the report of the Chairman and any such communications as the Chairman.

7. Minutes To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 30th January 2020.

8. Matters Arising To receive an update on actions taken on any items from the last meeting that are not on the agenda.

9. Planning To consider any applications as listed for Llanddulas & Rhyd Y Foel on the Planning Portal for Conwy County Borough Council.

10. Budget Monitoring a) To receive the reconciled accounts up to 30th January 2020. b) To note the actual expenditure against estimates. c) To approve the schedule of payments as presented. 11. Risk Management & Effectiveness of Internal Control a) To receive, consider and adopt the Financial and Management Risk Assessment. b) To review whether there is an adequate and effective system of internal financial control. c) To approve the Statement of Effective Internal Control

12. Internal Audit a) To agree the scope of work for the Internal Auditor b) To appoint the internal auditor for 2019-20.

13. Members Allowances a) To note the Independent Renumeration Panel for Wales (IRPW) Annual Report. b) To confirm the determinations on the payment of allowances for 2020-21.
