DESCRIPTION

This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a unique and very stylish development where planning permission has been granted by way of change of use for an historic clay dry to be turned into four highly individual five bedroomed single storey detached residences, finished in natural stone with slate roofs, occupying an elevated west facing slope in a picturesque, semi-rural valley with accesses to the rear onto a network of footpaths and cycle lanes termed the ‘clay trails’ which also link up with the Eden Project.

The conditional planning consent PA18/07505 grants, by way of change of use for the conversion of the former Trethowel clay dries. The proposed design has yet to go through building regs giving a purchaser the opportunity to vary them. Some of the conditions set by the planning authority have already been dealt with and such opportunities, where the residences to be constructed are so individual, rarely arise. Plots 1, 2 and 3 are 2,138sq.ft. or 198.7sq.m. and Plot 4 is 1,938sq.ft. or 180sq.m.
