    NOURA TIGZIRI Département de langue et culture amazighes Université Mouloud Mammeri Carte phonétique du [l] Introduction La langue berbère est constituée d‟un nombre élevé de parlers régionaux et de dialectes dispersés sur un vaste territoire ce qui réduit les échanges entre les différentes communautés berbérophones. Les parlers se développent indépendamment les uns des autres au gré des facteurs historiques, géographiques, sociologiques... Les changements phonétiques sont soit des innovations individuelles (articulation d‟une voyelle plus ouverte ou plus fermée que la moyenne...), innovations qui du reste disparaissent avec l‟individu en question, soit collectives, spontanés et inconscientes, circonscrites dans un espace géographique donné. L‟intercompréhension relativement aisée entre les différentes régions de la kabylie malgré la grande variation phonétique, devient plus difficile avec les locuteurs d‟autres parlers. Cette variation phonétique est très importante même entre villages avoisinants. Dans cette étude nous tenterons de cerner la variation phonétique du son [l]. Cela nous permettra de mieux connaître ses réalisations qui présentent des champs de dispersion assez importants. Nous tenterons de recenser toute cette variation et la représenter sous forme de carte phonétique. Pourquoi étudier la variation phonétique ? Si nous sommes préoccupés par ce phénomène, c‟est pour de nombreuses raisons. La première à invoquer et qui n‟est pas des moindres, est sans aucun doute le sort subi par les études phonétiques et phonologiques dans le domaine amazigh. En effet, ces deux disciplines sont sans conteste le parent pauvre des études linguistiques. Ce manque d‟engouement manifeste à l‟égard de ces deux disciplines est pour le moins 29 inexplicable.

L’objet de notre article consiste ainsi à démontrer que la fonction commerciale dans la région d’Azazga induit une organisation de l’espace régional structurée autour de places commerciales centrales hiérarchisées où la ville d’Azazga occupe le sommet et dispose d’aires de rayonnement commerciales englobant celles des autres places commerciales de sa région. L’approche méthodologique retenue se scinde en deux étapes, la première reposant sur une approche quantitative consistant en l’analyse des données statistiques relatives aux commerces dans la région d’Azazga, tandis que la seconde phase sera basée sur une approche analytique à base de questionnaires et d’entretiens directs auprès d’un échantillon de 150 commerçants (120 détaillants et 30 grossistes) de la ville. Cette enquête se proposera ainsi d’une part de mettre en évidence les facteurs de localisation des commerces dans la ville d’Azazga et d’autre part, de déterminer les aires de rayonnement commercial de la ville à travers la prise en considération du degré hiérarchique des biens commercialisés et après avoir préalablement procédé au classement des commerces de la ville en fonction de deux critères à savoir la fréquence de renouvellement de l’achat du bien ou catégorie de biens commercialisé et le degré de segmentation du marché du bien.

    Geo-Eco-Trop., 2020, 44, 3 : 427-442 Etude des grands feux de forêts en Algérie : Cas de la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou Study of large forest fires in Algeria : Case of the province of Tizi Ouzou Ouahiba SAHAR1*, Hayet HAMEL1 & Rachid MEDDOUR1 Abstract : Each year, Algeria experiences a significant number of forest fires, an average of 1,500 fires that cover 35,000 ha annually. However the number of large fires (≥100 ha ) increases from year to year. Some provinces experience a periodicity of these catastrophic fires which generate significant losses in human and material means. Among them, the province of Tizi Ouzou which over 32 years (1986-2017), experienced 145 large fires (or 2.59% of the total) which covered 47,942 ha (48.45% of the total). Catastrophic fires (≥ 500 ha) represent 0.43% (24 fires) but they covered 23,372 ha, or 23.72% of the total. In terms of time, the results show that the month with the highest number of fires and the largest area burned is August. In spatial terms, the dairas most affected are that of Azeffoun (12,500 ha) and Azazga (12,000 ha). These large fires most often pass through the national forests forming maquis. It is the latter gaining momentum by the influence of several factors including climatic conditions, lack of human and material staff, lack of supervision and prevention strategy which makes the active fight more difficult and less effective.
