End of the Year Lunch Information

Automatic renewal of a 20 lunch ticket will discontinue May 2nd . If your child has a 20 lunch ticket automatically renewed, we will only renew it as a 10 lunch ticket. We will only be renewing 10 lunch tickets until May 20 th . At that time when your student’s lunch ticket runs out, the lunch ladies will keep track of the number of lunches the student purchases through the end of the year. Once the school year ends we will only charge you for that number of lunches. This will help cut down on the number of partially used lunch tickets that need to be carried over to the new school year. Lunch IOUs will not be given out after May 20 th ; please make sure your student remembers their lunch or their lunch money. All lunch IOUs will need to be paid in full no later than Friday, June 3rd . Unpaid lunch IOUs will be added to your 2011/2012 registration fees. If you have an 8 th grader with unpaid lunch IOUs, they will not receive their cap and gown. Please make sure these fees get paid before the end of the school year.
