Cottenham Village College Old Willingham pupils — a hit at the Shakespeare The last Old Willingham photo to appear in the magazine was the thatched house shown again here. This picture was Schools Festival ! taken around 1900 at the corner of Church Lane and Church Street. You can see the churchyard wall on the left. After waiting several weeks to hear from the USA where the licence for this iconic musical is held, we are thrilled to announce that we have been given permission to stage the musical at The Over Community Centre from Wednesday 1" — Saturday 4'" June 2011.

South Pacific is considered by some to be one of the greatest Broadway musicals. The Feast 2010 Revisited

Firstly, there are some results of the competitions. The Junior Scalextric fastest time of 24.936 seconds for three laps was set by Silas, aged 10, of Mill Field. The fastest senior time was achieved by Gordon (age withheld!) and both receive a £5 prize. We made the treasure hunt much more difficult this year so the top score of 37/40 by Thoday's Adventurers was quite amazing but the lowest score was 34/40 so the competition was very close.
