By Lisa Kowalski

The team’s management has been busy over the summer getting ready for the regular hockey season, evaluating players as they continue to build the team for now and into the future. “The Express training camp provides our club with the opportunity to evaluate top prospects,” commented TRE Director and General Manager, Dave Brown. “Our camps provide hockey players with the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of playing for our team, including details on our significant scholarship programs. It’s a busy time!” We strive to create a positive, first class environment for young hockey players and fans of Junior Hockey in Transcona. Our team mission statement is to “create a venue and opportunity for young players to foster their athletic skills as well as enhance their community spirit.” We take pride in providing a quality and affordable program within the Transcona community for competitive hockey players who are continuing their education or beginning their careers.

Training camp information For players interested in participating in this year’s TRE training camp, registration takes place on Wednesday, September 29 from 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday, October 4 from 6 to 7:15 pm, with players on the Continued on page 10
