 1. Bell’s Two Hearted Ale – (Kalamazoo, Michigan) Defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance, hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American style IPA. 7.0% ABV – 60 IBU’s.  2. Founder’s Brewing Co. Dirty Bastard – (Grand Rapids, Michigan) So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads! 8.5% ABV – 50 IBU’s.  3. Troegs Brewing Co. First Cut Mango IPA – (Hershey, Pennsylvania) Every spring, hop growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the vines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthful of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less hoppy place! 6.2% ABV – 45 IBU’s.  4. New Belgium Brewing Co Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA – (Fort Collins, Colorado) A rare blend of choice hops creates an explosion of fresh-cut pine and citrus flavors for a complex, rich and delicious flavor. 9.0% ABV – 70 IBU’s.  5. Deschutes Brewery Red Chair NWPA – (Bend, Oregon) The citrus punch of a big IPA, minus the one- dimensional hop sledgehammer. Several select European and domestic malts round out the edges for a complex, copper-colored Northwest Pale Ale. 6.2% ABV – 60 IBU’s.  6. Yards Brewing General Washington’s Tavern – (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Detailed in a letter from the General to his officers during the war, Washington’s recipe employed molasses to aid fermentation and give rich caramel notes to this robust, roasty ale. Yards Tavern Porter, inspired by Washington’s, is dark, smooth and complex with just a hint of dried fruit in the finish. 7.0% ABV – 40 IBU’s.  7. Molly Pitcher Brewing Co. Turncoat Golden Stout – (Carlisle, Pennsylvania) A twist on a stout, this specialty beer is aged on cocoa nibs and whole coffee beans to add chocolate and coffee flavors but keeping a golden color. 6.0% ABV – 30 IBU’s.  8. Samuel Adams Hopscape – (Boston, Massachusetts) Four types of West Coast hops add bold notes of pine and juicy grapefruit to this deep golden wheat ale, for a crisp flavor that’s a refreshing escape from winter’s lingering chill. 5.5% ABV – 30 IBU’s.  9. Big Hill Ciderworks Standard Hard Cider – (Gardners, Pennsylvania) Located just miles from here, and using the finest apples, Big Hill Standard sets the “standard” with a bright, fruit-forward flavor profile. No added sugars or flavors, just carefully selected apple varieties that are grown, pressed, and fermented on the Big Hill. 5.5% ABV – 5 IBU’s.  10. Guinness Draught – (Dublin, Ireland) Swirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm, settle, breathe in the moment, then break through the smooth, light head to the bittersweet reward. 4.2% ABV – 40 IBU’s.  11. Smithwick’s Irish Ale – (Kilkenny, Ireland) An Irish red ale style beer from Ireland. It is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. 4.5% ABV – 20 IBU’s.  12. Blue Moon Belgian White – (Golden, Colorado) The flavor starts crisps and tangy and ends with a coriander and orange spiciness. The Valencia orange peel gives a subtle sweetness to the beer. 5.4% ABV – 10 IBU’s.  13. Miller Lite – (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) Miller Lite is the great tasting, less filling beer that created the American light beer category in 1975. Triple-hops brewed for great taste! 4.2% ABV – 10 IBU’s.  14. Lager – (Pottsville, Pennsylvania) A rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor with roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops. 4.4% ABV – 12 IBU’s.
