Draft List: from Additional Aging in Stout Seasoned Oak Barrels!
Jameson Irish Whiskey Caskmates Stout Edition! A special edition whiskey that accentuates the trademark smoothness of Jameson with additional rich flavors of coffee, cocoa, and a gentle hint of hops Draft List: from additional aging in stout seasoned oak barrels! 1. Bell’s Two Hearted Ale – (Kalamazoo, Michigan) Defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance, hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American style IPA. 7.0% ABV – 60 IBU’s. 2. Founder’s Brewing Co. Dirty Bastard – (Grand Rapids, Michigan) So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads! 8.5% ABV – 50 IBU’s. 3. Troegs Brewing Co. First Cut Mango IPA – (Hershey, Pennsylvania) Every spring, hop growers dust off their pruning shears and trim the first shoots, bolstering the vines for a rich growing season. First Cut – a mouthful of silky Simcoe and a touch of mango – is a nod to this ritual, without which the world would be a less hoppy place! 6.2% ABV – 45 IBU’s. 4. New Belgium Brewing Co Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA – (Fort Collins, Colorado) A rare blend of choice hops creates an explosion of fresh-cut pine and citrus flavors for a complex, rich and delicious flavor. -
