Conform Standardelor Internationale de evaluare IVS 1: Valoarea de piaţă este suma estimată pentru care o proprietate va fi schimbată la data evaluării, între un cumpărător decis şi un vânzător hotărât, într-o tranzacţie cu pret determinat obiectiv după o activitate de marketing corespunzătoare, în care părţile implicate au acţionat în cunoştinţă de cauză, prudent şi fără constrângere. Conform definiţiei de mai sus fiecare proprietate are o valoare de piaţă „la data evaluării” şi nu intr-o anumită perioadă de timp determinată subiectiv.

    BULETIN ŞTIINŢIFIC, FASCICULA FILOLOGIE, SERIA A, VOL. XIX, 2010 CONSIDERAŢII ETNOLINGVISTICE ASUPRA NUMELOR DE FAMILIE DIN COMUNA RONA DE JOS Sorin S. VIŞOVAN $archus, DENMARK Observations on the Surnames from Rona de Jos Village, Maramureş County Abstract This article is focused on the peculiarities of the surnames common in Rona de Jos village , as well as on the dates when the names are recorded in the historical documents of Maramureş. Several aspects are taken into consideration: the etymology of the surnames from Rona de Jos, how common these names are, and how they are related to the surname inventory of the county. Using the surnames as a starting point, ethno-linguistic and socio-professional observations are made regarding the village’s evolution. KEY WORDS: anthroponymic intereferences, anthroponymic nucleus, diminutive, first name, hipocoristics, surname. Numele de familie s-au format în Maramureş în secolele al XV-lea şi al XVI-lea, fiind iniţial atribuite nobililor, iar ulterior s-au extins şi asupra ţăranilor iobagi. Aceste nume derivă, de regulă, de la prenumele tatălui (de aici numeroasele nume de familii provenite de la nume de botez, sau de la hipocoristicele lor), de la o poreclă, care, de obicei, arata o însuşire a individului, de la locul de reşedinţă sau moşia pe care o are în stăpânire şi, în sfârşit, la baza unora stă numele ocupaţiei exercitate. Din documentele istorice reiese că în jurul anului 1600, deci la începutul secolului al XVII-lea, toată lumea avea un nume de familie, care însă nu era totdeauna stabil şi moştenit. Gama numelor de familie din comuna Rona de Jos este destul de variată şi dovedeşte o oarecare mişcare de populaţie, însă existenţa câtorva familii numeroase, ale căror nume este identic, arată că nucleul satului este vechi şi că ele sunt băştinaşe, constituind adevărate vetre antroponimice.

    Anexă NOTĂ DE FUNDAMENTARE privind necesitatea şi oportunitatea efectuării cheltuielilor necesare elaborării Studiului de Fezabilitate pentru Drum de Mare Viteză Baia Mare – Suceava: Lot 1 Baia Mare – Bistrița, Lot 2 Bistrița – Vatra Dornei și Lot 3 Vatra Dornei – Suceava Prin respectarea Master Planului General de Transport al României, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 666/2016, Compania Naţională de Administrare a Infrastructurii Rutiere - S.A. trebuie să realizeze un drum de mare viteză care să facă legătura dintre Municipiul Baia Mare și Municipiul Suceava. Având în vedere că transporturile reprezintă motorul economiei, la nivel național și european, se dorește susținerea unei dezvoltări economice sustenabile plecând de la asigurarea unei infrastructuri corespunzătoare. În acest moment circulația rutieră între localitățile Baia Mare și Suceava se realizează astfel: - pe drumurile naționale DN1C și DN18B între localitățile Baia Mare și Dej; - pe DN17 (E58) între localitățile Dej, Bistrița, Vatra Dornei, Câmpulung Moldovenesc și Suceava, trasee cu câte o bandă de circulație pe sens prin care se realizează legătura între Transilvania și nordul Moldovei. De asemenea, lipsa unei conexiuni directe între Municipiile Baia Mare, Bistrița, Vatra Dornei și Suceava cât și lipsa unor variante ocolitoare pentru localitățile traversate de sectoarele de drum național DN1C, DN18B și DN17 (E58), duce la urmări nefavorabile: afectarea locuințelor cetățenilor, deteriorarea structurii stradale, a rețelelor de utilități publice, care creează neplăceri și costuri suplimentare operatorilor economici, cu întreținerea lor. Obiectivul general al proiectului este de a spori eficiența economică a rețelei de transport din România și de a aduce îmbunătățiri în ceea ce privește viteza de călătorie între Municipiul Baia Mare și Municipiul Suceava, îmbunătățind astfel și conectivitatea la nivel regional.
