Accepted All abstracts must relate to unpublished work. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. Please note most of the hotels are close proximity to the Durban Interna�onal Conven�on Centre.

Confirma�on of Hotel Reserva�on All hotel reserva�ons will be confirmed to you in wri�ng with the name of the hotel, the type of accommoda�on booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.

Payments A deposit equal to two nights stay is required to secure the hotel booking. The balance of the accommoda�on is to be se�led directly with the hotel upon your arrival. The deposit may be paid either by bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.

Changes and Cancella�ons Cancella�ons must be submi�ed to Turners Conferences in wri�ng. You may cancel your reserva�on up to 26 June 2013 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administra�on fee of ZAR228.00.

Reserva�ons cancelled a�er the 26 June 2013 will a�ract the following cancella�on penal�es: 1. 59 – 31 Days: 50% Cancella�on fees apply 2. 30 – 0 Days: 100% Cancella�on fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR228.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reserva�ons. If you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancella�on fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
