Some of these projects call for substantial residential and commercial development. Project values exceed $85 million in the aggregate. Many have key partners in place, while others are looking for developers or tenants. Some are under construction. Others are seeking financing. All have the potential to improve our communities in many ways. And they are just the beginning. Check out what these neighborhoods have to offer.
