    FREE PAGE DOWNLOAD PDFs This PDF download: these are watermarked samples from my own design stamp album pages, albeit some at much lower resolution quality in order to keep internet download file size down. You may be able to glean a few design ideas from these, not that I am suggesting they are a masterpiece! Legal warning: no part or captured image/s of these pages and/or page designs can be used commercially, given away, or sold on without first obtaining my written permission. Software options I used an old version of QuarkXPress Passport (version 7.3 from my publishing days) to do all the page layout work (with its brilliant page element library) but other alternatives are Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW and perhaps MS Publisher. You might also want to take a look at AlbumGen (stamp album design software) which can combine with images and data from EzStamp – follow this link https://ezstamp.com/software/stamp-album-software/ Get your pages printed professionally – not on a home printer. In terms of printing your own stamp album pages, most decent digital print shops should be able to print on larger paper size for you (e.g. A3 paper - ideally at 1200 dpi); then also guillotine to whatever final page size is wanted; and then punch/drill holes to suit your binder choice. Paper specification In terms of paper, I highly recommend Mondi Colorcopy 160g/m2 (59 lbs bond) paper – a paper that works really well with digital printing. You could use thicker paper if you wanted. Colorcopy paper is widely available in various paper sizes including A3.

    - The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be the 21st FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament contested by the men's national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It is scheduled to take place in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018,[2] 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA’n’WATERWAYS after the country was awarded the hosting rights on 2 December 2010.     The Post Workshop Tour round the Golden Ring of Russia The Golden Ring is a symbolic ring of ancient Russian towns situated to the North- West from Moscow and is keeping unique monuments of the Ancient Russian architecture of the 12-17th centuries: Sergiev Posad and Alexandrov, Kostroma and Pereaslavl-Zalessky, Uglich and Ivanovo, Yaroslavl and Rostov the Great, Suzdal and Vladimir, each of these towns is a real pearl of Russia. Nowadays they are often called "museums in the open air". Cathedral and churches, convents and fine art museums strike by their beauty. A tour of the Golden Ring will give you a wonderful possibility to make the acquaintance of the history of ancient Russians towns, their culture and their traditions.     ISSN: 0975-8585 Research Journal of Pharmaceutical, Biological and Chemical Sciences Motivational Field Of Disabled People With Musculoskeletal Injury To Participation In Training On Russian Press. Makhov AS*. Russian State Social University, st. V. Pika, 4, Moscow, Russia, 129226 ABSTRACT Persons with disabilities with different pathologies strongly gravitate toward various types of adaptive sports, often not included in the Paralympic Games program. The main number of disabled people, as is known, are invalids from childhood who have never participated in sports activities. Former athletes, of which a minority, gravitate toward Paralympic sport. For this reason, the Russian press has recently become more popular among athletes with musculoskeletal problems. The presence of its legitimate options: "classic Russian press", "bench marathon" and "fucking dozen" and the right to participate in men and women is an additional factor in attracting a large number of disabled people. In the study, it was found that the participation of athletes with musculoskeletal injuries in the training process on the Russian press is almost always regarded as a real path to self-affirmation, social adaptation and integration into society. For them, it is also a way to get new impressions and improve health, meet the acute need for correcting their physique and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Given the high degree of motivation of disabled people with the pathology of the musculoskeletal system to engage in Russian press, one can expect that this sport will become very popular among this category of disabled people in Russia.
