Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 6 (2) of the Antiquities^Laws, 1935 and 1945, that I have recommended to the Governor in Council that the site mentioned hereunder be declared as an Ancient Monument and added to the Second Schedule to the said Laws, under Paphos District, in substitution for item 3 thereof. Serial— 1424 The boundary commences at the most remains of the Ancient northern point of plot No. 98 of the Town of Nea Paphos as Government Survey Plan No. LI/10 are situated on private which point is on 'the boundary of land. Ktima and Paphos and. _ proceeds eastwards and southwards along the said boundary to the most northern point of plot No. 4 of the Government Survey Plan No. LI/19 which point is on the stream " PotamosKtimatos ";- thence south-westwards along the left bank of the said stream to the seashore; ^ thence westwards and north-eastwards along tho seashore to the poiiit of commencement. Tho said boundary is shown in red on the Government Purvey Plan Serial No. 1424.
