Robert Schmidt, AIA / 5th President AIA UK Chapter (1998) – Worked Canary Wharf and Kings Cross/St Pancras master plans from 1984 to 1987 at SOM Chicago. Moved to the UK with SOM London in 1987. In 2014, joined Halcrow Group. Worked as Associate Director before retirement to Chicago in 2015.
