Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin tissue Western blot analysis of ALOX12 Antibody in K562 cell line reacted with ALOX12 Antibody , which was peroxidase- lysates (35ug/lane) conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of k562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC- conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
