In 2013 the State of Minnesota passed a law regulating bullion coin dealers, HF157/80G.

This law redefines bullion coins as any coin with 1% or more precious metal content.
The State of Minnesota now defines silver, silvered, billon or gold ancient coins as “bullion” coins:
1.10 Bullion coin. "Bullion coin" means any coin containing more than one percent by weight of silver, gold, platinum, or other precious metal.”
Because of this redefinition, the State of Minnesota now considers Ancient Imports a “bullion coin dealer” and I’m required by state law to report specific information related to the bullion coin(s) you have purchased.

I make no claims as to the bullion coin’s performance, efficacy, nature, investment value, central characteristics, liquidity, earnings potential, or profitability. I price my coins based on sales history for similar coins, I do not take into account the value of the precious metal contained in the coin.
