Cayuga Wine Trail Tour & Tastings and Lunch with Specialty Guide (6 hours)
The group will visit three wineries. They will tour the first one and then do 3-4 tasting at each stop. Group will be accompanied by professional step-on guide serving as host and narrator throughout the tour, guests will participate in enhanced tasting and activities and food pairings. This is a totally unique VIP experience. Guests will also make a stop at Taughannock Falls Overlook - a stunning waterfall with a 215ft drop!.
2 Buttonwood Grove with Lunch
• One of Cayuga Lake’s most scenic wineries. Six Mile Creek
• An award-winning family owned winery and distillery for over thirty years producing a variety of wines and spirits for all tastes. Six Mile Creek Vineyard is Ithaca, NY’s oldest winery and distillery. Located in a lovely 19th Century restored Dutch Colonial barn. • Tasting & food pairing.

Cold Spring
The historic Village of Cold Spring is a small community in southeastern New York that is situated on the east bank of the Hudson River. It was established in 1846 and enjoyed a booming industrial economy throughout the 19th century with the success of the West Point Foundry, which became famous for the manufacture of the Parrott Cannon of Civil War fame and other munitions. The community has since shifted from its industrial past to an economy dependent on tourism. Main Street is the focal point of a well- preserved National Historic District and is lined with novelty and antique stores, restaurants, and residences. The village is across the river from West Point in the most scenic region of the Hudson Highlands.
Washington’s Headquarters
Visit the nation’s first publicly owned historic site and tour the rooms where American history was made. In the critical months that General George Washington spent at Newburgh, he made some of his most important contributions to shaping the American republic. It was here that Washington rejected the idea that he should be king after the war; ended the Newburgh conspiracy, preventing military control of the government; created and awarded the Badge of Military Merit, forerunner of the Purple Heart; and circulated a letter to State Governors that influenced the writing of the Constitution. 9 Day 7

Visit to Soukup Farms
No guide. Soukup Farms is a third-generation family farm, producing and selling pure New York Maple Syrup. Started as a hobby in the early 1950’s the operation expanded to 800 taps in the 1990’s and today has more than 3,000 taps in three sugarbushes. With a renewed interest in the maple production process the third generation of syrup producers has moved to a new sugarhouse and is actively expanding the business. Guest can purchase maple products in the farm shop.

Lexington & Concord
Lexington and Concorde are towns northwest of Boston. Lexington is known for Lexington Common, or Battle Green, where the first shot of the American Revolutionary War was fired. On the green, the Minuteman Statue and Revolutionary Monument commemorate militia who clashed with the British.
12 Minute Man National Historical Park (Lexington/Concord)
Visit the birthplaces of American liberty and 19th century literature. At Minute Man National Historical Park, the opening battle of the Revolution is brought to life as visitors explore the battlefields and structures associated with April 19, 1775 and witness the American revolutionary spirit through the writings of the Concord authors.
The Old North Bridge
The Old North Bridge location, famous for the “shot heard around the world,” today seems more like a peaceful walker’s oasis with the placid Concord River, a quiet country path leading to “secret gardens” and the stately visitor center known as the Buttrick Mansion. As part of the U.S. National Park Service’s Minute Man National Historical Park network of historical attractions around Concord and Lexington, the Old North Bridge makes for a special visit -- full of rural personality and historical significance. The Old North Bridge has been described as one of New England’s finest attraction.
