Ovaj bivπi natjecatelj i sponzor, konstruktor je svjetski priznatih i poznatih trkaÊih motocikala od 50, 125, 250, 350 i 500 ccm, konaËno i projektant, te izvoaË PI©E: MIRO BARI∆ cestovno - sportskog osmocilindriËnog motocikla Morbidelli Konstruktor iz Pesare Morbidellijev konstruktorski prvijenac bio je motocikl od 50 ccm, hlaen vodom, s rotira- juÊim diskom na usisu. 1969. godine je to bilo veliko iznenaenje, a naroËito zato jer je sam Morbidelli bio potpuno nepoznat motociklistiËkim krugovima. Ubrzo je postao najpoznatiji konstruktor natjecateljskih motocikala sedamdesetih godina Giancarlo Morbidelli bio je amaterski natjecatelj, strastveni motociklist i buduÊi slavni konstruktor. Ovdje ga vidimo 1958. godine na Alpinu 48, motor-biciklu sa startnim brojem 6 anas 71-godiπnjak, u rodnom ta- taja.
