Local Plans

Until replacement Area Plans have been produced to cover the North, West and East of the Island there are a number of Local Plans and parts of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 which, along with the Strategic Plan, provide the planning framework against which applications for development are assessed.
