The Israeli Violations During Feb, 2008 Number Event Place Date The Israeli Violations during Feb, 2008 Number Event Place Date Notes • Killing each of : ( Ammar Abdel Rahim Thib Zakarneh, Killing Jenin Ahmad Sadeq Hasan Abu Zaid) and wounding two 1 others from town of Qabatya during incursion operation in which shots were fired toward citizens and ambulances were barred from reaching to the injuries . • The death of the mental disabled man/ Tayseer Mohammad Abdel Qader Nazal/ 56 years as a result of wounds sustained in firing at him during storming town Tulkarm of Qabatya. • The death of the female citizen/ Fawzeyya Abdel Fattah Dara/ Deir Al Ghusoun on the checkpoint of Al Jarousheyya's junction after the Israeli forces barred the Red cross ambulance from reaching to transfer the sick to hospital although there was a previous coordination for the ambulance to cross the barrier. • Injuring each of : Mo'ath Zohair Tabanja/ 16 years and Mohammad Naser Al Faqeeh / 13 years, when the 2 Injury Jerusalem 16.2.2008 Israeli forces fired at them near the separation wall parallel to village of Qatanna. • Injuring two citizens from town of Bel'een when the Ramallah 11.2.2008 Israeli forces fiercely dispersed the weekly protest march. Jerico 18.2.2008 • Injuring the citizen / Ahmad Hussain Zuhdi 1 Daraghmeh/ Tubas after being bodily attacked for grazing sheep near Roneem Settlement parallel to Al Aghwar Ashamaleyya's area. • Injuring the citizen / Mohammed Zayed Abu Zanat and Jenin 20.2.2008 Transferring him to hospital after holding and beating him badly inside a café in the city. • Storming town of Baita and shooting fire on citizens Nablus 16.2.2008 resulted in the injury of the citizen / Hasan Sabri/ 16 years in his arm. • Injuring a number of citizens as a result of firing Ramallah 18.2.2008 toward them during the weekly protest march against the separation wall near town of Bel'een. • Injuring of 4 citizens from town of Kefel Hares, identified as : ( Mohammad Abdel Khaleq Shakkour , Mohammad Salem Abdel Fattah Bozeyya, Mahmoud Salfeet 18.2.2008 Abdel Aziz Mas'oud, Rami Nasim Abu Ya'coub) as a result of shooting fire at them during a protest against closing the main entrance of the town. • Injuring of a number of citizens while praying near Bethlehem 20.2.2008 Annashash barrier in a protest against the continuation of building the separation wall. • Injuring of 3 citizens: ( E'nain Tawfiq E'nain/ 20 years, Feras Emad Haroun/ 20 years, Mohammad Emad Tulkarm 22.2.2008 Haroun/ 18 years as a result of beating them badly after storming the city. 2 • Injuring each of : ( Nabila Tayseer Subhi Mabrouk/ 20 years , Sabah Abdel Ruhman Salam/ 45 years, Nablus 22.2.2008 Mahmoud Sulaiman Khaled / 18 years ) during storming Ein Beit Alma' amid of firing heavily. • Injuring of the child / Mahmoud Mohammad Radwan/ Qalqilai 1.2.2008 16 years/ during storming town of Azzoun . • Injuring a number of citizens during storming the city Jenin 2.2.2008 in which shots and gas bombs were fired and a building was raided and searched. • Injuring of the child / Mo'tasem Zakareyya Qarareyya/ Jenin 3.2.2008 12 years / Al Fondokomeyya after storming the town. • Injuring of 4 citizens, among them 3 children during Bethlehem 3.2.2008 storming town of Al Khader amid of firing heavily and searching a number of houses. • Injuring each of : ( Abdel Karim Abdel Al Hadad and his son ( Ahmad / 12 years) after beating them badly by Hebron 4.2.2008 a group of settlers in Hai Tal Ramida in the old city of Hebron . • Injuring the female citizen/ Mona Hamayel after Nablus 5.2.2008 storming town of Beita and occurance of clashes with youths. • Beating badly the citizen / Abdel Fattah Mohammad Jerusalem 6.2.2008 Abdel Fattah/ 15 years while grazing his sheep near the separation wall in the village of Qatanna. 3 • Arrest of the citizen: Ala' Mohammed Ali Ebwani 3 Arrest Tulkarm 17.2.2008 during Storming the city. • Storming town of Burka, arresting the citizen/ Nezar Ramallah 17.2.2008 Abdallah and delivering Summons to a number of citizens to meet the intelligence. • Storming town of Husan and arrest of the citizen/ Bethlehem 17.2.2008 Ahmad Mohammad Abdel Qader Shusha. • Storming town of Aqraba and arrest of 12 citizens: ( Osama Saed Bani Fadel, Fursan Jamil Bani Fadel, Lafi Waleed Ibrahim Bani Fadel, Mohammad Jamal Fares Khater, Asem Zuhair Fawzan Bani Mennoh, Nablus 17.2.2008 Wael Sami Khalil Bani Mennah, Nasouh Waleed Ibrahim Bani Fadel, Emad Abdallah Abdel Ghani Bani Jaber, Yahya Sabe' Nayef Bani Jaber, Ala, S'oud Sayel Bani Mennah, Saqer Salem Deereyah, Ala' Jamil Mousa Deereyah. • Arrest of the citizen/ Osama Farouq Abu Khalaf during Salfeet 18.2.2008 storming the city. • Arrest of 5 citizens from Ain Assultan camp: Eyad Hassan Mahalis, Khader Mohammad Ibrahim Jericho 18.2.2008 Zawahreh, Amer Khaled Mohammad Al Qatouni, Salem Hussein Salem Al Atawneh and Khaled Mohammed Al Qatouni. • Storming town of Ethna and arrest of : Mohammed Hebron 18.2.2008 Jamal Ahmad Al Jayyawi, Ala' Mohammad Al Masri 4 and Mohammad Aref Abu Sa'doun. • Arrest of each of : Abdel Hakeem Wasef Hazan Qadah / ********* Nablus 18.2.2008 Al Ma'ajeen and Tasbeeh Izat Al Khayyat / 23 years / a student at Annajah University. • Arrest of the child / Mohammad Ghaleb Sabri Badran/ 13 years/ Azzon after storming the town. (IMEMC 27 June 2019) Israeli Arrests • Several armored Israeli military jeeps invaded Jenin city, Jenin refugee camp and Sielet al-Harithiyya town, in northern West Bank, searched and ransacked many homes, and detained four Palestinians, in addition to wounding many others during ensuing protests. The Entrance for Israeli Citizens is Forbidden, Dangerous to Your Lives, And Is Against The Israeli Law.” Anyone entering Ramallah through any of the Israeli military checkpoints that surround it, and surround its environs too, may note the abovementioned sentence written in white on a blatantly red sign, clearly written in three languages: Arabic, Hebrew, and English. The sign practically expires at Attara checkpoint, right after Bir Zeit city; you notice it as you leave but it only speaks to those entering the West Bank through the checkpoint. On the way from “Qalandia” checkpoint and until “Attara” checkpoint, the traveller goes through Qalandia Camp first; Kafr ‘Aqab second; Al-Amari Camp third; Ramallah and Al-Bireh fourth; Sarda fifth; and Birzeit sixth, all the way ending with “Attara” checkpoint, where the red sign is located. Practically, these are not Area “A” borders, but also not even the borders of the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, neither are they the West Bank borders. This area designated by the abovementioned sign does not fall under any of the agreed-upon definitions, neither legally nor politically, in Palestine. This area is an outsider to legal definitions; it is an outsider that contains everything. It contains areas, such as Kafr ‘Aqab and Qalandia Camp that belong to the Jerusalem municipality, which complies

These demonstration came as a rejection for continuous Israeli crimes which are represented by Israeli settlers’ daily attacks on the Palestinians in holy city of Jerusalem, The daily arrests by the Israeli forces, the systematic policy of torture of the Palestinians, and settlers’ crimes against the Palestinians, such as; burning them alive. A latest incident of “Dawabsheh" family in Duma village, in the governorate of Nablus is a live example of the terrorism being implemented by the Israeli settlers. In addition to the continuous occupation activities, such as land confiscation and settlements expansion over the peasants' lands, the systematic Israeli polices suffocating the Palestinian economy, and the abject failure in peace negotiations between the Palestinian Authority and Israeli forces, which lead only to more Israeli occupation's control over the Palestinian sovereignty. All of these violations have forced the Palestinians to arrange demonstrations all over West Bank, Jerusalem, Gaza and the occupied Palestinian land in 1948, to express their anger, where Israeli forces brutally repressed protesters by killing them in front of the eyes of the whole world, and conducted daily executions against Jerusalemites just because they are Arab Palestinians.
