In the ⚡ Ride for a reason flier Page 10 past few months, we have seen great things happening within our company, strength in the Windy City gives back ⚡ Page 11 numbers at dealership events and customer loyalty, and continuous growth in the knowledge of our team members. I am proud to work with such a tremendous group of people. I appreciate Windy City Creed ⚡ Page 12 all the time and commitment you have been putting into our dealerships as we are in the heat of riding season and floor traffic has been very busy. We need to continue to focus on providing the exceptional customer experiences and exemplifying ourselves as the world class organization we are. Another note to the team: you may have heard about the recent announcement that European tariffs have been implemented on U.S. made motorcycles. While this may impact the motor company, it will have no impact directly on WCMC or the dealership business model, which is far broader than the manufacturer’s business model. I want to assure you that we do not anticipate this adversely affecting our company, employees or customers negatively in any way. As you know, the dealership business model is built on significantly more than new motorcycle sales, including used motorcycle sales, new rider training, parts & accessories and apparel sales, service, rentals and tours as well as other rider services. And frankly, the situation could actually have a positive effect on our already rising used motorcycle sales both in quantity and in value SEND US YOUR BIKE and may even further increase our service business in maintaining and customization of bikes. You must be wearing appropriate protective clothing, which means No shorts, sandals or open towed shoes/boots human resources [ quick reminder ] Dress Code: We have a dress code and uniform policy in our organization for our entire team. Please note what department you are in on this policy as our expectation is for everyone to adhere to this and be in a uniform shirt and pants as the policy states when working. When you think of World Class Companies like Disney, Professional Athletic teams, Apple Stores, Chic-Fil-A, and other great retail operations, they all are disciplined to wearing their uniforms because they take a great sense of pride in their Team and what it stands for.

Bonilla The fur trappers of the early nineteenth century were hardy men, spending months isolated from the civilized world. Each summer, however, these aigged individuals gathered at a designated location to trade pelts, garner sup- plies, and celebrate. Their unique gatherings, known as ren- dezvous, were spectacular events, bringing together trap- pers from throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Today, a new breed of frontiersman has appeared, a modern-day "mountain man" who has replaced tlie pinto of the trapper with die "iron horse of Milwaukee"—the Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Their gathering takes place each year in Sturgis, South Dakota, with all the grandeur and excitement of the original assemblies. Known variously as the Black Hills Motor Classic, Sturgis Rally and Races, or simply, "Sturgis," the event is the rendezvous of the twentieth century, bring- ing together people from all over the world for cama- raderie, commerce, and entertainment. The traditional rendezvous began in .1825, when William H. Ashley, a fitr-trade entrepreneur from Saint Louis, took a supply train to the central Rockies after broadcasting the time and place of arrival to trappers in the mountains for months beforehand. (August 18, 2017) – It’s almost time to polish those bikes and head to Daytona Beach for the 25th Anniversary (we’re calling it our “Chrome anniversary”, just for fun) of Biketoberfest® October 19-22, 2017! Organizers are preparing to welcome up to 150,000 riders and visitors from around the world to the four-day motorcycle rally. At the Official Biketoberfest® Welcome Center on Beach Street, staff will be passing out free (while supplies last) 25th Anniversary collectible Official Biketoberfest® posters, pocket guides and pins, and encouraging visitors to mark their home town on world maps. “We have a core audience that’s been attending this event since the start,” said Lori Campbell Baker, executive director of the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), “and it’s not uncommon to see Brazil, Canada, Germany and the UK pinned on the maps. OUTLAW MOTORCYCLE GANGS • Approximately 400 Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs are currently active in the United States. These gangs range in level of criminal sophistication from groups of thugs to well organized criminal networks. • As of 2011, there are approximately 60 active outlaw motorcycle gangs in California with a combined membership of about 2000 members. • In Los Angeles County, numerous OMG’s have set up residence.
