I am proud to work with such a tremendous group of people. I appreciate Windy City Creed ⚡ Page 12 all the time and commitment you have been putting into our dealerships as we are in the heat of riding season and floor traffic has been very busy. We need to continue to focus on providing the exceptional customer experiences and exemplifying ourselves as the world class organization we are.

Another note to the team: you may have heard about the recent announcement that European tariffs have been implemented on U.S. made . While this may impact the motor company, it will have no impact directly on WCMC or the dealership business model, which is far broader than the manufacturer’s business model. I want to assure you that we do not anticipate this adversely affecting our company, employees or customers negatively in any way. As you know, the dealership business model is built on significantly more than new sales, including used motorcycle sales, new rider training, parts & accessories and apparel sales, service, rentals and tours as well as other rider services. And frankly, the situation could actually have a positive effect on our already rising used motorcycle sales both in quantity and in value SEND US YOUR BIKE and may even further increase our service business in maintaining and customization of bikes.

Great We’re looking to feature employees and things will continue to happen for our company and that is a direct result of the dedication from their rides. Send us a picture of your bike each and every one of you. As always, thank you for everything you do and all your hard work! and a short write-up of what inspired you to ride. Employees who are riding any bikes (except their own, pleated and insured bikes) must have a valid I.D. with M endorsement, have been approved by their GM, Must wear a helmet at all times, whether on the street or simply in the dealership parking lot and must not have consumed any alcohol or drugs, prescription or otherwise, within 12 hours of riding. You must be wearing appropriate protective clothing, which means No shorts, sandals or open towed shoes/boots

human resources [ quick reminder ] Dress Code: We have a dress code and uniform policy in our organization for our entire team. Please note what department you are in on this policy as our expectation is for everyone to adhere to this and be in a uniform shirt and pants as the policy states when working.

When you think of World Class Companies like Disney, Professional Athletic teams, Apple Stores, Chic-Fil-A, and other great retail operations, they all are disciplined to wearing their uniforms because they take a great sense of pride in their Team and what it stands for. It also makes it easy for our customers to identify us so we can help them with whatever their needs are.

Also, it goes without saying that if you visit “other” establishments after hours and partake in activities unbecoming of World Class, we expect you to change your shirt to a non-company branded shirt.

Managers and Team Leaders - Please make sure everyone is knowledgeable of this and you are coaching your direct team members to staying true to the organization’s expectations for dress.

Service Managers - As many of you know we have allowed Techs to wear caps as long as they’re clean, on straight, and a cap that is brand specific to us and one that we sell due to the sweaty environment and heat they encounter on a daily basis. This applies to billable hour Technicians only.

Please see your managers for any clarification.

Thank you for your commitment to World Class and your pride in what you do that defines our brand as the best in the business! We always want to look as good as we are! page #4 Human resources [ Paid time off program ] Holidays: Full-time employees will be paid for the following holidays after 90 days of continuous employment: • New Year’s Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day

All dealerships will have shortened hours on the following holidays: • New Year’s Eve • Independence Day • Christmas Eve

When holidays fall or are celebrated on a regular work day, eligible employees will receive one (1) day’s pay at their regular straight-time rate. Eligible employees who are called in to work on a holiday will receive one (1) day’s pay at their regular straight-time rate, and an additional payment of straight- time for the actual time they work that day. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must work the last scheduled day immediately preceding and the first scheduled day immediately following the holiday. If a holiday falls within an eligible employee’s approved vacation period, the eligible employee will be paid for the holiday (at the regular straight-time rate). If a holiday falls within a jury duty or bereavement leave, the eligible employee will be paid for the holiday (at the regular straight-time rate). Paid time off for holidays will not be counted as hours worked for the purposes of determining overtime.

Paid Time Off Program (PTO)

Purpose and Eligibility Windy City Motorcycle Company provides paid time off (PTO) via vacation time off and floating holiday time for employees to take time away from work for relaxation and personal pursuits. This program applies to all associates and supervisors who are considered full-time. Paid time off accrues according to the schedule below. Paid time off is paid at the employee’s base pay rate and is excluded from of any other special forms of compensation such as incentives, commissions, bonuses, or shift differentials. Paid time off will not be counted as hours worked for the purposes of determining overtime. Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny any requests.

Vacation Days can be used for time away from work for rest and relaxation. We fully encourage you to get this rest by taking your vacation time. Vacation should be taken during the year accrued, unless otherwise required by law. In the event the available vacation time is not used by the end of the anniversary year, employees will forfeit the unused time. Vacation is scheduled in advance. Any accrued, unused vacation time will be paid out at the time of separation. Vacation may be used only in full-day increments.

• Blackout periods will apply based on business needs and events. In general, employees will not be allowed to take vacation during the period of time commencing April 1st and ending September 30th (Blackout Period) so that we can insure that the customer has an extraordinary shopping experience during their time at the dealership. Management does reserve the right to approve a vacation request during the blackout period if it deems that there are special circumstances that warrant an exception to the policy.

Floating Holidays can be used for personal or dependent’s illnesses, parenting commitments, non- company observed holidays, personal emergencies, or other planned or unplanned reasons. Unused floating holidays are forfeited at the end of the calendar year and are not paid out at separation unless otherwise required by law. Floating holidays must be scheduled in advance and used in full-day increments.

General Guidelines

Paid time off is paid at the employee’s base pay rate at the time for the number of hours absent. It does not include overtime or any special forms of compensation such as incentives, commissions, bonuses, or shift differentials.

Employee transferred within our dealerships will be able to use the original date of hire (not transfer date) when calculating eligible start date for earning PTO benefits.

Rehired full-time employees will not lose credit for service with the Company provided their last day of service was within 30 days of becoming an active full-time employee. If they are rehired after 30 days, the employee will be considered a new hire with the Company.

Planned PTO requests To schedule paid time off, employees must submit a completed PTO Request form to their manager at least 6 weeks in advance for 3 or more consecutive days or 2 weeks for 2 or less consecutive days of your requested PTO dates. During the Company Blackout period (April 1st – Sept 30th) management reserves the right to approve PTO requests if it deems that there are special circumstances that warrant an exception to the policy. Requests will be evaluated based on business needs and events.

Employees must ensure that they have enough accrued time off available to cover the dates requested prior to submitting their PTO requests.

Unplanned PTO Requests -Emergencies In some instances, it may not be possible for an employee to schedule PTO. Unscheduled PTO is only permitted in cases of medical emergencies or illness, or where otherwise legally required. Employees who need to take unscheduled PTO must comply with the following: 1. Notify their manager as soon as possible. Employees must personally contact their manager as far in advance as possible, so that proper arrangements can be made to handle the employees’ work in their absence. 2. Provide daily updates. Employees who are using unscheduled PTO are responsible for personally contacting their manager each workday and providing updates on their status. 3. Supply medical certification per our Personal/Family Medical Leave policy.

Employees’ failure to notify their manager and gain approval or to provide appropriate medical certification when requested may result in denial of PTO benefits and discipline, including termination.

Unplanned time off will be automatically deducted from employee’s PTO accumulated balance for both hourly non-exempt and salary exempt employees. If no paid time off is available to an hourly employee, employee will be unpaid for days missed. If no paid time off is available to a salaried employee, the employee will be unpaid for that day(s). Salaried employees are required to work a five-day work week in order to receive their weekly salary.

Employment Separation If employment is terminated by employer or employee, accrued, unused vacation leave that has been earned through the last day of active employment will be paid at the employee’s base rate of pay at termination. page #6 [ events you missed out on in june ]

WINDY CITY GIVES BACK Windy City Motorcycle Company has partnered with the University of Chicago Medicine in their research for early detection and treatment of Head and Neck Cancer as our 2018 fundraising campaign WCMC has committed to donate $200,000 through multi-level campaign! This is our chance to give back in a BIG way! University of Chicago Medicine Saved Ozzie’s Life In July of 2016, our CEO/Dealer Principal Ozzie Giglio discovered a lump in his neck. He was first sent to a dermatologist, who then referred him for a CT scan. The CT scan reflected that the lump was benign, but the doctor referred him to an ENT for a routine follow up. The ENT then ordered an MRI and a prompt office visit. This all happened in late July 2016. The ENT specialist, Dr. Nichant Agrawal of University of Chicago Medicine, ordered an immediate needle biopsy of the lump the same day of the office visit. The needle biopsy also showed no signs of cancer and the fluid inside the lump appeared to be cancer free. Thankfully, Dr. Agrawal was insistent to take the lump out and do an extensive biopsy while Ozzie was on the operating table. He had many years of specialized experience with this type of cancer, which gave Ozzie confidence in his decisions. He discovered through that biopsy that Ozzie did indeed have cancer and proceeded to remove 40+ lymph nodes. There is no test to pre-screen for Head and Neck cancer until a tumor has grown to the size to be detected. This is why the diagnosis for Ozzie was missed even after an extensive physical at the Mayo Clinic. Our partnership and commitment to the University of Chicago Medicine in this research is literally a fight to save lives! What they are currently working on with early detection could save people a great deal of grief (surgery, Chemotherapy, radiation, etc...). Dr. Agrawal’s persistence and education are what saved Ozzie’s life. We want to help do the same for others!

WAYS TO RAISE Our 2018 fundraising/donation efforts will happen on multiple levels of effort. Here are the SIX WAYS you can personally get involved and how we can get our customers included in this process!

• “Round Up to Save a Life” - we will ask every customer at point of sale to round up to the nearest dollar with all of that money going directly to our fundraising efforts. (i.e. if a customer’s invoice is $25.35, they would round up to $26.00 and that 65 cents would go into our fundraising pool)

• “Ride to the Rally - Save a Life” - each of our dealerships will host a “ride home” to the 115th anniversary in Milwaukee in August. During this ride home - we will ask that every rider and passenger each donate $10 to participate in the ride. All donations will go directly toward our fundraising efforts. Also, anyone who is registered on one of these rides will be entered to win a $500 gift card to the dealership of his/her choice. Winner will be randomly selected.

• “Bust the Basket - Save a Life” - we will have donation baskets at every single one of our “free cookouts” starting in May throughout the Summer at every location. These donation baskets will set out for cash donations for food/beer and collected at every event. All $$ collected will go directly toward our fundraising efforts. The only exceptions to this are rides that are already scheduled to benefit a different charity.

Be the Difference - Save a Life” - every single employee will have the option to have an amount directly withdrawn from his/her paycheck each pay that will go directly toward our fundraising efforts. This will not cost you anything except whatever you wish to donate. Keep in mind all charitable donations are tax deductible! $5/pay = $130/year $10/pay = $260/year etc... YOU can be a part of our efforts!

• “WCMC DEALERSHIP CHARITY CHALLENGE” - each dealership will be included in this challenge to come up with their own ways to raise both through employees and customers, events and rides. In store, off site - it’s completely up to you! But here’s the kicker... the dealership that raises the MOST money between the months of May and September will get to choose their charity of choice to be our 2019 fundraising effort. This is a HUGE opportunity! So get creative, have fun, and we will be asking for updates along the way. Which dealership is most committed to giving back? I guess we’ll find out...

• “VIP DONATORS CLUB” - all customers will be invited to give back directly to our efforts. At each level of donation, he/she will receive something in return. So not only is he/she part of our cumulative effort to save lives, but now he/she is a part of our VIP Donators Club! Here is how the club will work:

1. Bronze donation - any donation over $100 - this will get the customer a WCMC dealer t-shirt of his/her choice, his/her name on our “VIP DONATORS WALL” 2. Silver donation - any donation over $250 - this will get the customer all of the above plus a limited edition WCMC Jack Daniels Single Barrel Whisky with 2 custom WCMC shot glasses. 3. Gold donation - any donation over $500 - this will get the customer all of the above plus a $20 gift card and a chance to win a trip for 4 to Lynchburg, TN to visit the Jack Daniels distillery for a personal tasting.

4. Platinum donation - any donation over $1,000 - this will get the customer all of the above plus a $50 gift card (in lieu of the $20 gift card), double entries to all WCMC giveaways and VIP parking at all of our WCMC events/rides for the entire 2018 season

Every level of the club will also come with a custom patch. Let’s partner together and save as many lives as possible! WCMC is a dealership group that gives back and in 2018 we will give back in a bigger way than ever before!
