The above pretext of our history along with chapter XLV demonstrates that our right of descent or birthright would include our nationality in present day. It is my research that a nationality is nothing that can be created. As a result of evolution or transition of world affairs, all empires have incorporated in to kingdoms and the nations of the world have formed corporate Governments. This is the nature of construction. This construction in part protects the religious side of temple from antiquity, and manifests as a corporate structure a government for the nation state (Moorish Americans).
Now that we are Moorish Americans, where do we politically fit in, within the present world of affairs. There is no true history or standing in the Black Race. And therefore such standing or protection under the present world order. Our slavery is a result of being stripped of our nationality and a historical white-washing of our story. The restorative process was brought by knowledge of self delivered by our prophet coinciding with the fulfillment of a lawful process to restore our Nationality and a Body Politic recognized under the Constitutional and Dejure laws of the world. The foundation provides the political tool, vessel, and Segway into our seat amongst the international affairs of Government.
Noble Dru Ali by corrections the matter of our Nationality, and incorporating the Moorish Science Temple of America, in 1928 completed the procedure in Law, to correct the legal dispositions or “status” of the misnomered “Blacks” or worse “African Americans” in the United States of America.2

Noble Dru Ali, corrected our legal dis-position by (1) bringing us knowledge of our True nationality (self), and (2) forming a body politic, for us to operate as a Nation (State). This had to be done under the force and affect of the Law, as the window of opportunity existed solely at that time.
The Moorish Science Temple is an Autonomous3, (right to self govern), body politic, and civics organization as a result it promotes mutual safety of it’s citizens (nationals) and advantage by joint efforts and combined strength.
The Allegory as taught in our history says that we lost our nationality by losing our customs. Evidence of this is the European surname we found ourselves wearing. The surname is a designation of custom and is evidence of your nationality. And this is why upon our awakening, arising, or being freed from bondage, or being corrected in status, we attribute the proper appellation of origin to our surname, (El, Bey, Dey, Ali, Al).
We were in slavery, although we are not the children of slaves. The seed of iniquity planted that false narrative. The problem with the narrative that you are children of slaves from Africa, is that a slave and his descendants can never be heirs. This is a result of the laws regarding national descent.
This is an operation of international law. The positive law prohibiting slavery, “the practice of” did not correct the matter of those in slavery, nor did it correct or for-see the future problem of generations to come for the lost African-American race of stateless (enslaved) persons.
The Supreme Court held that descendants of Africans who were imported into this country, and sold as slaves, were not included nor intended to be included under the word "Citizens" in the Constitution.
A slave cannot ever earn rights, or become whole, and for this cause you were not ever slaves, albeit enslaved and sleeping Moors.

From the view point of the Law, the Moorish Science Temple of America, incorporated in 1928 is both Defacto and Dejure, in it’s perpetual existence, where as the Majority of temple incorporations and religious corporations of today, exist only in Defacto (defective) status as state entities. The Moorish Science Temple of America is the body politic, for the nation.

As to the persons who compose the body politic, they take collectively the name, of people, or nation; and individually they are citizens, when considered in relation to their political rights, and subjects as being submitted to the laws of the state. 3. When it refers to corporations, the term body politic means that the members of such corporations shall be considered as an artificial person. The Temple, has the lawful and legal construction of an autonomous organization and a Nation State. However, it is in need of a body and a grand body to actualize it’s function of an autonomous government. Recognition is the consequence of operating the corporate, according to the bye-law and constitution.

The original Nationality CARD, says for the Moorish Science Temple of America, as well as the original Devine Constitution and Byelaws, the modified ones do not.
