[email protected] Centralia College has been selected to participate in the new Second Chance Pell Pilot Program that will expand access to financial aid for incarcerated individuals. It is one of three colleges in the state and 67 nationwide se- lected by the U.S. Department of Education for the program, which will allow eligible incar- cerated adults to receive Pell grants and pursue postsecond- ary education, according to a press release.
