We prefer Scott numbering over other numbering. 4. Write order in catalogue numerical sequence. 5. If a charge card is used, remember the expiration date and sign your order. 6. This research monograph, published by the International Society for Japanese Philately, Inc.,is the second edition of CD-ROM Monograph No. I detailing the forgeries of the classic stamps of Japan. This edition captures all presently known information about the forgeries of the classic stamps of Japan. It includes I) information on all the known forgeries attributed to identifiable forgers, 2) the products of unknown forgers, 3) material which the authors feel could be misrepresented as genuine stamps to unsuspecting collectors, including reproductions in official and unofficial souvenir sheets, 4) a section detailing some of the differences between forgeries and genuine stamps. Full-color enlargements at 300 and 600 percent display the key points that identify plates, states, positions and types. The disc contains over 2300 pages and more than 2800 graphic images.
