PL51 Presentation: Proposed Erection of Dwelling at Wishing Well, , St Agnes (PA17/02933/PREAPP) RECEIVED a presentation from John Cook Planning Services as above and the Committee provided feedback. Suggested that a proposed dwelling of one and a half storeys and cottage proportions was more fitting against the heathland. Potential traffic concerns were also noted.
